Purchase not received
Hello
I bought a magazine on August 17, 206 and I never received it in the locker I had chosen.
At no point did I receive an email telling me to go pick up my purchase from the locker.
I made the purchase without being registered, I don't know the seller's name.
I took a screenshot of my purchase showing the order number
What should I do to get a refund?
