Purchase defective item
Hello
I bought a minivan side mirror on Ebay through Paypal.
The seller did not want to send me a return label.
I opened a claim with Ebay, then with Paypal.
Ebay closed the return request on the pretext that I had opened a dispute with my payment institution. I was unaware of this exclusivity. I did not read it anywhere in Ebay's terms and conditions.
Can someone help me?

Indeed,as soon as you bring PayPal into it,eBay closes the dispute on its end .
You should have waited for the dispute to be handled on eBay and then done it on PayPal if you hadn't gotten satisfaction ..
Continue now with PayPal since there's nothing else to do .
