hello I made a purchase of 9.73 the postman on delivery asks me for 10e in customs fees !! I refused the package, and he sends the package back to the seller how can I know if he receives it and that he refunds me for a purchase of 9.73 euros that ends up costing me 19.76 euros !! not specified in the listing thank you for your help
