good evening, I requested a combined shipping for my purchases, the seller is not responding and Ebay is asking me for individual payment, which I do not want Thank you for replying
Ebay is refusing me a combined shipping on the grounds that the purchases must be made individually, I do not understand

did you ask your seller BEFORE buying whether they do grouped shipping fees? (not all sellers do...)
