eBay offline purchase
I received the PC I had ordered yesterday. There’s a problem. It won’t charge. I contacted the seller. No response. I wanted to contact eBay, but it turns out I confirmed my purchase without being logged into my eBay account. So now I can’t find my order. I don’t know what to do.
