purchase without being registered and payment taken but never received anything...
I have a payment debited by Ebay for a purchase without being registered on May 12, 2024, but I have not received the item and I have no email trace from Ebay. How can I get this money back knowing that I have no record of the order linked to this payment. I can't file a claim.

You had 30 days from the delivery deadline to open a dispute...

so since May it's unfortunately way too late to do anything on eBay.
If you paid via PayPal: there is still a recourse on their site (dispute period 180 days from payment date).

OP2 years agoThanks Koalagris, no doubt I wasn't vigilant enough but it's still strange to be charged an amount without having placed an order, I tried to order but I never got any confirmation of my order from eBay, and I only saw the payment much later on my statement... alas

OP2 years agoI don't think I had checked, and above all what is certain is that I paid for a product for which I have no record of an order and that I did not receive! and that's not normal

Your only recourse is through your bank for an unsolicited payment .
