Purchase without signing up even though I had an account
Summary: bapt-825 bought a product on eBay without signing up, and the seller sent the wrong size. When trying to return the product, he’s running into difficulties because eBay is asking him to register, but he already has an account and doesn’t see his order when he logs in. lingma85 suggests not using the seller’s return label and sending the product back through another carrier. *miss-tigri* provides a link to the return instructions for purchases made as a guest.
I made a purchase without signing up, but using my email address with which I have an account, I know, it's a bit silly
The problem is that the seller sent me the product in the wrong size.
I managed to report it, and the seller sent me a return label but I can't download it because eBay asks me to sign up and when I try to sign up, it tells me I already have an account and when I log into my account, I don't see my order, since I ordered without signing up...
Does anyone know how to help me?

Forget the seller's voucher...
Go to the Post Office (and/or another carrier) and there, you fill out a shipping slip for your package, you pay and you send it off..
