I ordered a Kia Sorento bumper from this seller because the listing matched exactly the model I wanted; the seller confirmed compatibility with my vehicle
when the bumper arrived and was being installed, my body shop realized it couldn’t be fitted
after checking, the part identification number didn’t match, so it wasn’t the right part
I contacted the seller, who asked me to send the package back at my expense for a refund
it’s impossible to send back a package of this size, so it’s impossible to get the refund
despite the seller’s mistake, he doesn’t want to cover the return shipping
eBay Buyer Protection closes the return request for exceeding the deadline
in conclusion, avoid ordering very heavy or bulky products from this seller because you can’t get a refund
all photos and proof are available to you; I don’t have permission to post photos online
hoping this will save you from a scam like this
