purchase still not delivered
HELLO.
I bought a LG mobile phone, type A-133, a few days ago, and the payment for this purchase was
made by direct debit from my account, and to this day I still have not received this device,
the problem with this issue is that I can't manage to find the proof of purchase for this device.
what solution is there to this problem?

Check in the confirmation email whether the purchase was made with this account or, by mistake, as a guest (so not logged in).
