I ordered a package yesterday from the US and the seller is telling me that eBay says to send the package to:

Glendale Heights, IL 60139-2080
United States
even though my address is in France
is this normal?

The seller must hand over their shipments to global shipping, of which Glendale Heights is a sorting center in Illinois.
