Fake purchase from China and weird activity on my eBay account
Summary: bobette.77 bought an Yves Saint Laurent perfume on eBay, thinking they were ordering a 30 ml bottle, but received a 90 ml bottle that turned out to be a counterfeit. The payment was made via PayPal, but the site shows Klarna, even though no Klarna account is owned. bobette.77 is worried about the security of their personal information. lingma85 and koalagris advise returning the product for a refund, contacting eBay customer service, and changing passwords to protect personal information.

I bought an Yves Saint Laurent perfume on November 22nd, I thought it was a 30 ml bottle. I paid by PayPal, I have proof of that. On eBay, I later see that the purchase is shown as "paid via KLARNA," which is impossible because I don't have a KLARNA account.
the perfume arrives, in 90 ml, and I do the checks with my son, because too many things are unclear: it's a counterfeit perfume, the video on youtube clearly shows the details.
What should I do? Could this seller have hacked my personal information ?

If your purchase is a counterfeit.. you return it to get a refund..

As for the payment method, it may be a typo on your account.
The best way to find out what it is, is to contact Customer Service here--> eBay Customer Service
Do this during business hours if possible and ask to be called back.
