1st purchase of an electrical device for 150 euros this summer: not received. The seller does not reply to emails! I was refunded by eBay’s guarantee, with a delay (can the money earn interest in the meantime?): a scam. 2nd item bought this summer (book): was not available from the seller. I was refunded immediately. Conclusion: I’m closing my account. Your platform has become a complete mess.
