Buy return label on Packlink

Question

Good evening,

I am obliged to arrange the return of a batch that I recently sold on eBay. The parcel was sent via Mondial Relay thanks to Packlink services. Is there a way to buy a return label on Packlink in order to benefit from the special rates in partnership with eBay and MR?

If that is not possible, what do you recommend to reduce return costs as much as possible (at my expense), knowing that the parcel weighs 1.5kg?

Thank you.

PS: I will not respond to aggressive / mocking / moralizing replies under this question.

Update, I finally figured out how to do it.

I'm leaving the answer here for future requests on the forum:

You need to go back to the eBay shipping page and select "return label" under the corresponding order.

There you go 🙂
