Buying an item abroad

Hello

I’d like to buy an item from Woodside's Treasure but the app won’t let me complete the purchase.

1929 JOSEF HOFFMANN DESIGN
AUGARTEN WIEN MELON ESPRESSO 15
PIECE SERVICE SET

The seller confirms to me that he can sell abroad, but it doesn’t work

How can I do it ?

If the item interests you and the seller is reliable, ask them to put your username on this list--->

https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/ExemptBuyers?

(the .com can be replaced by the seller's country of origin.. like .fr or .de etc.... )

Ask them to let you know when that's done... and then you should probably be able to complete your purchase.
