Hello, I'm hesitating to buy a product available for pre-order only from November 21, plus the delivery time to my place, early December. If I pay with PayPal, is there any risk and am I covered by eBay?
The delivery of a pre-order should not exceed 30 days after payment because you no longer have any help from the site in case something goes wrong...
As for PayPal... if you pay this way, don't forget that you are paying the site directly and not the seller...
and that the site itself.., doesn't sell anything..!
If you persist with this option, check the seller's reliability through their profile (ratings) as well as the comments... and if possible, also verify their identity (indicated on their listings if they are a professional)...
Be wary of small profiles and/or non-professional profiles in this case...
