buyer **bleep** claiming non-receipt of a purchase...
Summary: pompier.1232013 shares a frustrating experience after selling an item on eBay. Despite sending the package to the address provided by eBay and providing proof of delivery, the buyer opened a dispute claiming the item was not received after changing their address. eBay sided with the buyer, leaving pompier.1232013 dissatisfied. max2661953 advises contesting eBay’s decision using a link for further instructions.
Hello everyone ....I sold a patch to a buyer ...I sent it to the address indicated by eBay and I took photos of the shipment and the tracking number ....1 week later the buyer tells me that eBay got the address wrong and gives me another address ....it's too late because I already sent the envelope with the purchase ....they open a dispute for non-receipt of their purchase !...in our messages he admits that it was eBay that made the mistake !.....the worst is that by doing a search for "mail tracking" I see that it was indeed delivered to the address provided by eBay ....I sent screenshots of the buyer receiving it properly to eBay .....but despite all my photos showing my good faith eBay ruled in the buyer's favor !!....I'm disgusted because even with proof eBay rules in favor of buyers to the detriment of honest sellers !....it's wide open to scammers and thieves ....there are more and more incompetent people at eBay because despite all the evidence provided it's the seller who pays for it .......
