Hello everyone,

I have a buyer based in the Netherlands who can't manage to buy one of my items.

And yet I've authorized sales and shipping to this destination and filled in all the listing fields (Ebay already contacted to complete them).

Have any of you run into this problem?

Thank you for your response.

I have authorized deliveries to E.U. countries and filled in the delivery terms.

But I will follow your advice and exempt the buyer from the required conditions.

When I replied to you, that was not the case (I had checked all your listings).

I’ve just checked 3 of them again and it’s still only delivery within France.

In any case, it is indeed simpler and faster to add your buyer’s username to the list of buyers exempt from the required conditions.
