Hello, My buyer placed an order on 12/12/2024, which I sent to him on 15/12/2024. The estimated delivery date shown in the order details is between 17/12/2024 and 20/12/2024.The claim filed by the buyer with EBAY for non-receipt of his purchase was made on 16/02/2024.As a seller, I have no tracking proof since the item was sent by regular green letter. However, if I’m not mistaken, the buyer has 30 days to submit their claim from the estimated delivery date.In this case, if we take 20/12/2024, the buyer had until 20/01/2025, so their claim is therefore OUT OF TIME.I received a message from EBAY telling me that I had to refund the buyer, otherwise the amount would be deducted from their future payouts.I do not agree, what should I do? Who should I contact? How? so that this refund does not happen.Regards
