Buyer delivered but funds blocked

Here’s my problem. I sold an item. The buyer was delivered to. But the funds remain blocked because the tracking number mentioned on the order is not the right one. As a new e bay member, I accidentally generated a new delivery tracking slip with which I sent the item. Except the slip number shown in the listing is the one I didn’t use. So e bay is convinced that the item hasn’t been delivered.
Has anyone had the same experience as me? I’ve had 3 discussions with their chat but nothing works. I’m told it’s me who gets paid but the funds remain blocked.

As a new seller, funds are generally held for 21 days for your first sales. And this regardless of tracking.
