Buyer same number
Summary: corentindufrenne shared a concern about selling an item on eBay where the buyer seems to have the same phone number. This results in Mondial Relay notifications being sent to corentindufrenne instead of the buyer, and despite emailing the SMS containing the pickup code, the buyer does not respond. koalagris simply posted a link to a duplicate of this question on a forum.
I’m here because I sold an item on eBay via Mondial Relay.
But when placing the order, I noticed that the buyer has the same phone number as me.
So I’m the one receiving Mondial Relay messages saying my parcel is ready to be picked up, with a pickup code.
Since I don’t have the buyer’s number, I sent them the text message by email, but I haven’t heard back from them. The parcel will still be available for 7 days before it gets sent back.
Do you have any solution to make sure the buyer receives the message and can collect their parcel?
