dishonest buyer
Summary: amazo10 sold a phone for 80 euros, but the buyer reported a dispute three weeks later, claiming they had not received the charging cable. Despite the listing not mentioning the cable, the buyer was refunded 90 euros by eBay, which made amazo10 angry. lingma85 advised contesting eBay's decision and asking for the phone to be returned. lingma85 also commented on how strange it is to sell a phone without a charger.
hello,
I sold a phone for 80 euros, the buyer filed a dispute 3 weeks later complaining that he had not received the cable to charge the phone, although this was not mentioned in the listing, so he wanted to send the phone back to me, which I refused because I do not know how the phone was handled during those 3 weeks.
Today ebay is refunding him 90 €
I am very angry, not only is the buyer being refunded but he also has a phone in very good condition and under warranty
what should I do thanks

Contest the decision on the grounds that the phone was not returned...
Appealing an eBay decision regarding a return or missing item (sellers) | eBay
Ask for the phone to be returned to you...
On the other hand...
You, as a seller... you list a phone that clearly doesn’t come with the charger/connection cable to charge the battery...
That’s pretty weird, especially since you’re giving away my original box (is that for decoration/to make it look nice...??? )...
It’s obvious that the buyer is going to ask you for it or return the incomplete purchase...
Best regards
