The buyer hasn't picked up their parcel, now it's been returned. I'm not going to pay shipping fees again to send it back?

To return the parcel.. you need to ask the buyer for the shipping amount and have them pay you by check, bank transfer or PayPal etc...
You can also cancel the transaction----->
Cancel an order as a seller | eBay
See what is best for you depending on the contact you have with your buyer.
