Buyer not going to pick up their package at the post office
Hello, the buyer isn't going to pick up their package for now and isn't replying to my message telling them where the package is, what should I do and what will eBay do if the package is returned to me?

Wait for the package to come back to you....
- once you’ve got it back, you refund the buyer the price of the item (without shipping costs )..
and/or you ask them again for the shipping costs for a return if they’re still interested in their purchase ....

The buyer does not benefit from eBay's guarantee if they do not pick up their parcel ..
Send them one last message to let them know, and make sure you keep proof that the relay made their purchase available in case of a dispute ..
