Buyer doesn't pay, repeats the offense, and messes up my auctions
A buyer won 3 auctions around December 22/24.
He never paid.
Transaction cancelled.
I’m putting the items back up for sale.
And there he is again, bidding on the same items, to, I think, spam my auctions.
What should I do?
