buyer does not collect their package
Hello,
I sent an item to a buyer, and as of today they have not gone to pick up their parcel, which is at a pickup point. I wrote to them, and they replied that they would go get it, but they are not doing it. What can happen if, by the end of the allotted time, they do not go pick it up? Does the parcel get sent back, and in that case is the sale canceled, even though I do not want to receive it again?
