Why does the address seem suspicious to you? Have you checked it? (if yes, by what means?)
on Google Maps it's a residence but without a first and last name and they don't answer so weird.
Your 2 sales are from today = also give the buyer time to read your message....
if I bought 2 products at 70 euros I would reply quickly to the messages so the seller doesn't make a mistake but well I feel like the buyer is just going to file a not received or received but empty package anyway I don't know if I want to take the risk because I've seen a lot of sellers complain about that.
