Buyer does not want to return an item received by mistake
Hello,
After accidentally sending items to a buyer by mistake and after many messages to them, the situation has not changed, and this has been the case since September 24.
The postal worker switched the shipping label, so two buyers received each other’s purchases. The first one returned the item to me, but the second has been stringing me along ever since. What should I do? Thanks

Nothing else to do but own up to the mistake (as the sender, checking the labeling is your responsibility; the precautionary principle is to hand the packages over one by one to the clerk - and not put everything on the counter - to avoid them mixing up two shipping slips).
I suppose the buyer who hasn't said anything is the one who received the more expensive item, so all that's left for you is to refund the other one...
Best regards

OP11 months agothanks for your reply, which makes perfect sense.
I’m going to proceed with a full refund even if the recipient
doesn’t really want it.
Kind regards,
Olibor.
