Hello,
For 15 days now someone has been contacting me on ebay and another peer-to-peer selling site, making me offers way below my asking price. I refuse every time but this person keeps insisting and tells me their life story, probably so I’ll take pity on them and give them a cheaper price.
Anyway, it got me curious so I went to check their feedback and I’m really very surprised. Over the last 6 months this person has racked up 3 very negative buyer ratings, things like:
- "Thief who scammed me through an ebay loophole to get my phone refunded without sending it back, stay away from this scammer!!! That kind of person disgusts me!"
-"Avoid.. liar capable of swapping items, photos of other items...etc unfortunately eBay does not allow negative feedback on buyers...in this case rather on **bleep**"
Beyond 6 months I found even more feedback of the same kind.
ebay protects buyers and that’s very good but here there is clearly abuse.
why doesn’t ebay do anything?

Start by blocking their username so they can’t buy from you

OP2 years agothanks, that's already done. on the other hand, I'm thinking about the next one, I don't understand why ebay doesn't remove this kind of **bleep**! how many phones is she going to buy while getting refunded at the expense of us small sellers! ?
