buyer who paid for items from an order and wants to add another one
hello everyone,
I’m a new seller. A buyer won 3 items. Then, he made me an offer for a 4th that I accepted, but in the meantime, he had paid for the first 3 (!) without waiting for me to send him an invoice. I end up with 2 orders, one of them paid, but I would like to group all the items into a single order.
What is the procedure to follow please?
