Hello, Someone bought an item I put up for sale. The person is sending me a message asking me to send the item by parcel, even though the purchase was made with the "in-person pickup" option. So I don't want to send it to them. Do I need to cancel the sale? Let the buyer cancel the purchase? Would I have to pay any fees? I'd rather ask you the question before taking any steps 🙂 Thanks
