Buyer refuses the goods
Summary: klatt1925 sold a watch to a buyer who claims to have received the wrong model. Despite photographic evidence provided by the buyer, klatt1925 is convinced they sent the correct product. One participant advised accepting the return and refunding the buyer to avoid a dispute where the buyer could be refunded without returning the product.
I sold an item to a buyer and he’s accusing me of not having sent the right product. When he opened the package he found the watch I sent, he even took a photo of the watch with the letter and the tracking number. Even though I did send the right product. What should I do in this kind of dispute?
If below his second reply is because (strangely) I can no longer find the first one with his photo:
(Good evening, Yes you removed the strap as requested but you clearly did it on the wrong watch! In any case not on the one I ordered (model W-754H). I received another watch that has nothing to do with it (model W-213). (See photos from this afternoon confirming this (front and back views). Please check your original listing carefully and confirm your mix-up in sending the watch, mistakes happen. Regards,)

Mentor6 months agoHello @klatt1925
Accept the return then once you get it back, refund the buyer because in the event of a dispute and if you refuse the return on your end, the buyer will be refunded without having to send the product back to you.
