buyers who don't pay!
Summary: lolapaskal proposes changing eBay’s rules to allow sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers in cases of non-payment, in order to prevent abuse and wasted time. lingma85 responds that this is unlikely because since 2008 eBay has banned negative feedback for buyers, although there are procedures to handle non-payment. They also point out that buyers can easily create multiple accounts, which makes the situation more complicated.
We need to change the rules on buyer feedback, and allow sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers (ONLY IN CASE OF NON-PAYMENT).
This would let other sellers immediately see what kind of buyer they’re dealing with, and therefore be able to cancel the bid of someone who will never pay them, and I think this would prevent a lot of “clowns” on ebay, who waste our time and money.
I’VE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!! of buyers who think they can do whatever they want
The more of us who complain, the more likely it is that ebay will change its feedback rules

What you're asking for is equal to a "mission impossible"...
- indeed, since 2008 ebay has decided that buyers would no longer receive negatives...
To make up for that, the site gave sellers who got cheated the option to start a non-payment procedure... and to be able to prevent a dodgy buyer from buying from all sellers who have set up their account accordingly...
But you still have to do it... and also block them...
See here-----> https://www.ebay.fr/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
But you have to be aware that the site allows multiple accounts.. so it's a bit like leaving the door open to repeat offenses..
Best regards
