Hello, I’m dealing with two buyers this week who want and pay for an economy delivery but who haven’t provided a delivery address.For the first buyer, I look at where he lives and it’s up to me to find a drop-off point near his home, so I can save him from having to travel far. That’s nice of me, because he doesn’t reply to my message asking him to give me an address.For the second one, who lives in the Canary Islands (Spain), Mondial Relay doesn’t deliver there but he chose that delivery method anyway, so I’m going to have to cancel. I think this person is dishonest because he must know that Mondial Relay doesn’t exist where he lives.In short, on top of the time lost, there’s the risk of a negative rating if I cancel.So my wish is that Ebay forces buyers to set the drop-off address for an economy delivery service + an email address and a phone number so that the delivery service can notify the buyer when the parcel is available.
