HUMANITARIAN ACTION - MELISSA DISASTERS

Hello,
We are launching a massive mobilization with a collective of Caribbean artists for a charity operation.
As you know, several islands were heavily hit by MELISSA. We are organizing a fundraising evening with an art auction (around 50 works) on NOVEMBER 30. This sale will be duplicated with an international listing on EBAY and the funds donated in full to CORECA (the association that manages humanitarian operations in the Caribbean).
We organized the same operation in 2017 in support of the victims of the IRMA and MARIA hurricanes. The problem is that I can’t find any email or exchange I had at the time on EBAY (I had obtained free comms + a banner ad)...
Could someone give me a contact please?

I made 3 follow-ups without success.
I also sent several messages to customer support, but they keep replying off-topic and in an impersonal way (I think it’s AI), so no luck there either.
I’m desperate to find a contact... If you have any other idea, I’m all for it! Thaaaank yoooouuuu !!!

OP10 months agoWe still haven’t gotten a human reply. Only automated responses. Our shop is still in draft mode and we can’t put it online despite 1 week of trying. Our humanitarian action is finalized on November 30. So it’s panic and we’re stuck...
