I’m coming back from a trip when I click on activate the promotion

it says unfortunately you cannot benefit from the promotion on a red banner

activate via my eBay account I can’t find it

Hello @erbi9488 "I can't do it" = it seriously lacks details.... What's exactly blocking you? At what point? Error message? Are you going through the activation link in the email or the one on your eBay account? Regards
