the seller can't send the item because it is damaged and he is asking me to cancel the transaction but I don't have control over it.

Mentor8 months agoIt’s up to him to cancel the transaction and trigger the refund ..
If he doesn’t do it, you’ll need to open a dispute for item not received as soon as the delivery date has passed .
