"Add User" Button Not Visible on My eBay Seller Account

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my eBay Seller account. The "Add User" button isn’t showing up on my screen, and I’m unable to add a friend to help me manage my account.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there a setting I’m missing, or is this something I need to contact support about?
