If you changed it BEFORE placing the order.... that is indeed abnormal...
If the package has been sent, it will be returned to the seller since the address will be determined as incorrect... - you will ask the seller to send it to the address you indicated.
If you changed it during the order or after... that will certainly be "suspect" and so, you will need to reach an agreement with the seller about what happens next.
