I don't understand why there are no alternatives to delivery. Systematically, the item is sent to a pickup point 10 km from my home. I am not offered home delivery. I am elderly and disabled. I have no one who can accompany me to the pickup point. I cancelled my last purchase because of this problem. I want a Colissimo home delivery. That is the only option for me. Kind regards. Arrange before purchase to pay and have home delivery.

So it is UP TO YOU to carefully check, before buying, that the seller offers Colissimo delivery (it is indicated in the listing). If not, you can also contact them to see whether they would agree to use this delivery method and add it to their listing.
It is not after purchase that it is possible to impose another carrier.
