Delivery address not specified
The winner of an item I put up for auction has paid, but I can't see the buyer's address anywhere.
I sent a msg to the buyer to ask for the address, but he hasn't replied to any of my msgs so far.
This is my first item sold at auction on eBay, does anyone know where a buyer's address is located? I've looked everywhere and can't find anything.

you sell via a pickup point .
You should have received a payment confirmation email .
On that email there should be the address of their pickup point ( and not their personal address. )

OP2 years agoThanks for your reply! Unfortunately I don't see any email to that effect, even after checking several times, sorry I'm still new to selling, or where do you see that the sale was done via pickup point? (I'm sure I chose "colissimo" as the delivery method when I listed the auction)

the delivery of the audio headset is noted by Mondial Relay.
For the sale of the Rotary watch, tracked letter is not safe... Change it and switch to Colissimo or relay point.
The buyer having paid for their purchase, check your emails and spam carefully; you should find the confirmation.
If necessary, contact eBay customer service for information.
