Registration address after moving to the UK

I moved to the UK two years ago and since then my use of the ebay site has been blocked because I can't pay your latest invoice. I called ebay UK today and they asked me to contact you in order to resolve this problem with using my ebay account. My French bank account no longer exists and I have registered my English bank account but I cannot use my ebay account because my registration address is still my old one in France even though I now live in the UK at the address.

You’re here on a user-to-user forum (= don’t post personal info).
Customer service is at the bottom right under “help”: in my opinion, it’s more than regrettable that the UK service couldn’t have done what was needed directly with its French counterpart...
Unfortunately on eBay, when you change countries it’s much simpler to open a new account (so losing your ratings 😕), because the site can’t handle it.
