incomplete address and no delivery service available to send the item
hello, I sold an item internationally, except when I want to print the shipping label eBay tells me that the buyer’s address is incorrect and that there is no delivery service available for this address, I contacted the buyer and the buyer confirms that they only have one address and that it is the right one, how can this be fixed please? thanks
After checking the address yourself on Google Maps (just to be safe), you buy your shipping label directly on the carrier's website (then you'll just need to enter the tracking number on eBay).
Make sure to take out insurance covering the value of the shipment.
