Incorrect address and refund
Summary: guilh_brune expressed frustration about an undelivered order due to a supposedly incorrect address, although the fault seems to lie with the postal worker who didn't take the time to find the mailbox after a recent move. Despite several attempts to contact the seller and opening a dispute, guilh_brune has not received any response. jacquelinedu36 advised waiting for the dispute to run its course and following up daily. guilh_brune is concerned about the possibility of a refund, as customer protection doesn't seem to cover this type of problem.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago, which was not delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address. It was the post office that messed up, since the address was correct but the mail carrier didn’t take the time to look for my mailbox (I moved recently). So the package was sent back. I sent messages to the seller to explain the situation, but they are not responding and I don’t know whether they were able to retrieve the package. So I ended up opening a dispute for item not received, and so far I haven’t gotten any more replies. Will I get a refund, knowing that the customer guarantee does not cover cases of incorrect addresses? I’m really angry at the mail carrier who put me in this mess just out of laziness.
Thanks in advance

Mentor2 years agoHello,
The mistake is entirely your postman’s > not the seller’s > for the dispute, wait and follow up every day
