Hello,

How can I get an eBay buyer's alias email address so I can put it on the customs form for an international Colissimo shipment? La Poste is asking for this information.

Thanks in advance.

Hello @dr.nono83

if by "alias email address" you mean the buyer's encrypted email, it's in the order details.

That said, I seem to remember seeing that it was causing problems for La Poste. Other people may well be able to confirm that for you.
