Hello everyone, I’d like to talk about a fairly recurring problem with eBay’s shipping platform concerning Mondial Relay pickup points! So, a buyer buys an item and chooses an address they use frequently. I go to the shipping platform but when I select the pickup point chosen by the buyer, I don’t always find the one the buyer selected... I’m forced to contact the buyer and suggest other pickup points. The buyer doesn’t always understand why their usual pickup point isn’t listed in the shipping platform... Sometimes I’ve even had to go to the eBay site and in that case I have to ask the buyer for their phone number and valid email address — there too, buyers don’t understand! Has anyone already encountered this problem? And can they help me? Thanks in advance for your help in understanding...
