Postal address for eBay complaints service
Summary: kykyry91 expresses frustration about a customs duty refund that was paid twice for a purchase on eBay. Despite several follow-ups since July, they have not been refunded. madelodie recommends contacting customer service and providing the supporting documents. kykyry91 says they have already followed this process several times without success, pointing out the lack of a real claims department at eBay.
Following customs duties paid at the post office even though they had been settled on eBay, eBay's phone service asked me for documents that I provided in July. The transfer from eBay was supposed to be made in the weeks that followed.... By December... still nothing, despite multiple follow-ups... It's about fifty euros!
eBay's management and/or IT services are incapable of resolving this by bank transfer or even by check!....
Despite my calls, the services do not give me an address for a written complaint or access to mediation.
Can someone help me recover these few euros and get out of this mess?.
