Hello, so I ordered a phone and it was not at all as described, so I sent the package back and received my refund. But the package was sent back to me because the seller no longer lives at the address given. On the shipping package it says Final Contract, the seller has not contacted me at all to find out where his phone is. What should I do? Thank you very much
