Sticker tracking export issue starting with LV.
Summary: swaykay explains that shipments with "LV" stickers were blocked by the postal service, requiring refunds to customers. Since eBay couldn't do anything, swaykay tried to contact the buyers directly, but their messages are blocked. francexpressdeal replies that those stickers were fake, which explains the postal service blocking them. swaykay responds that the low prices came from liquidated stock and is still trying to recover the money or the items. In their case, this situation concerns about ten shipments.
Good evening everyone!
All shipments containing stickers starting with LV were blocked by the post office starting last June. Like all the sellers affected, I had to refund the customers who didn't receive their orders. Supposedly, the post office was to contact the senders to inform them of what would happen next, but I realized 2 days ago that a large portion of the parcels was delivered in September and without us being notified beforehand. I called customer service today to find out what Ebay could do and it’s up to me to contact all the customers concerned to ask for payment for the items. Since this is a problem with La Poste, Ebay has nothing planned for this kind of situation. The problem is that the messages I send to buyers to claim the payments due are automatically blocked. Does anyone know how to resolve this story? Is there a procedure to escalate all the transactions concerned for a global handling? Thanks in advance.

Mentor1 year agoGood evening @swaykay
what you are not saying, and which is somewhat important, is that these stickers were simply fake stickers.
They were sold on average for €0.50 each, whereas the tracked export sticker from the post office is sold for €2.80
For several months, the Post Office simply let it happen in order to have enough information to trace where the traffic in these fake stickers was coming from. Then, when they had the information they wanted, they simply blocked the tracking and took the necessary steps with the sites so that these stickers would no longer be on sale.
Under these conditions, it is quite obvious that eBay (which is perfectly aware of all this) will not intervene in any way.
As for you starting proceedings about this, it's really not a good idea...

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply ! Indeed, the price was low, but the sellers claimed that it was old stock from companies in liquidation and that they were authentic! If La Poste eventually decided to deliver the shipments, it is because it considered that the buyers were acting in good faith. What I find incredible is that the customers did not contact me to inform me of the very late receipt of their orders: they kept items for which they were refunded. That is something I could not do... It is only normal that I try to get the items back or the corresponding amount. I am waiting for the reply from a seller who had the same problem and was able to resolve it. It is only about ten shipments in my case, but the loss is not insignificant ... Kind regards.
