Hello, I’ve had an eBay account since 2002 that I created in Germany. I’m back in France and I’d like to sell items. But even though my address is shown in France, some text automatically appears in German, especially the shipping options. How can I change this? Thanks.
That’s normal since your account creation details were entered in Germany...
To fix all this for sure and, in principle, without any problem... contact eBay customer service, here -----> eBay Customer Service
Do it during office hours if possible and ask to be called back.
At worst, create a new account with all your French details, including your bank details (all the info must match each other, in the same order, in all details...)
