Displaying the number of copies sold in the listing
Hello,
I have listings for which I’m selling multiple copies of the same item.
When I look up one of these listings on the search page, the quantity sold doesn’t display, even though it shows up on the others without me having made any changes.
If anyone has a solution, I’d be grateful.

OP2 years agoHello @koalagris , no, the announcement is recent, the remaining stock is substantial, and it has never been modified.

Mentor2 years agoIn this case, the best thing to do is ask customer service; they have access to the account and will be able to examine the flagged listing in detail and provide you with an explanation or a solution...

Could the listing that's causing the issue have gone out of stock at some point?
Because in that case, when it's restocked, the record of completed sales disappears.
For the history to show, there must always be some quantity available on the listing.
